The Northwest Shopping Centre required a design build with consideration for future expansion both within the shopping centre space as well as the surrounding area. The security system design allowed for services from the NW2 build [Northwest Dinning Precinct] to merge with the NWSC system for operations and administration.
PROJECT BRIEF
FCC provided a complete security management solution starting with a closed fibre backbone [multi-core single mode fibre for redundancy], L2 managed POE switches, segregated 19″ rack cabinet space, to provide secure housing for the ICT Protege DIN mount modules, the Geutebruck NVRs, security POE managed switches and security system UPS.
Additionally, FCC designed and installed a Cognitmatic People Counting and Reporting System, The Trueview People Counting System optimizes its data in the form of a automated report using the Trueview Web Report application, installed locally on the security server, reports provided daily, weekly, monthly or on demand.
